Hello all!!!
Yeah, yeah, I know it has been a while since the "Newsletter" page on our site has been updated, but in my defense--I have been extremely busy!!! So, since the last posting in April, a great deal of things have been happening for The Dennis Family. As many of you know by now, we have a new member...Ella Park Dennis. She is the beautiful baby girl of Nicholas and Brandi. She was born in the morning of Thursday, July 15th and is doing awesome, as well as mom and dad. We also, as many of you know, have a new project available called "Camp Meeting." This new album contains 10 older songs that most will recognize and so far it seems to be a hit amongst the fans that we have sung to. This project can be purchased at one of our worship services or through our online store, as well as our other products. In June at the NC State Annual Singing Convention, we were awarded the Consolation Trophy for receiving the 2nd highest score overall. Although the trophies are nice to have, the fellowship with friends and the blessing you receive from hearing such wonderful, God-given talent trumps everything else....even the heat!!! We have a great deal of awesome things coming up as well. Saturday, October 2nd we will be singing at Glad Tidings Church in Dunn along with the Watchman Quartet and Butler, Hughes, and Hayes. On Friday, October 8, we will be singing at Farmer's Day in Coats with Fortress and the Stillwater Quartet. On Sunday, November 14, we will again be apart of Fayetteville Community Church's "Sing-a-Long" hosted by Wesley Pritchard. There will be more information on all of these sings in the near future.
