The Dennis Family is an all family Southern Gospel group from Dunn, NC. Our mission is to spread the word of Christ through song and testimony and win lost souls for the Kingdom of God. We have been traveling and ministering together for almost six years, but collectively we have almost 50 years of traveling and singing under our belts. It has been amazing in the last six years just what the Lord has done in our lives, but mostly, what He has done in the lives of others. The Dennis Family consists of five individuals who are very talented, but most importantly, anointed and dedicated to share the love of God. Glenn Dennis sings baritone, Glenn's brother, Doug Dennis sings bass, Doug's wife, Jackie Surles Dennis sings the alto/tenor part, their son, Jason Dennis sings the lead part, and Jason's wife, Lauren Izzell Dennis sings both the soprano and alto part. Being a part of a ministry is special and is a high honor, but when you can do it with your family it means that much more to you. As a whole, this group has been known for its excitement and refreshing harmonies as well as an anointing that is hard to find. We have been honored and blessed to have been named winners at the NC State Singing Convention on numerous occasions: Mixed Quartet in 2005, 2006, 2008, & 2009; Family in 2008 & 2009; Consolation Winners (2nd overall) in 2007, 2010, & 2011 as well as the Grand Champions of the VA State Annual Singing Convention in 2007. We have been fortunate enough to have recorded 4 albums and have worked with some of the finest people in Southern Gospel music today. We consider it an honor to do what we are doing and we appreciate all of you fans for supporting us and helping keep this ministry going. Anytime we can minister for Him it is an opportunity to win more people for His kingdom.
